OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY

An interview with Oliver Hughes, Partner

Our Infrastructure Investment Strategy

Our Infrastructure Strategy enables our clients to invest in revenue-generating real asset projects. We specialise in renewable energy and power generation projects, and project financing for essential infrastructure and housing developments.

We buy and finance assets with cash flows that we can predict with a high degree of certainty, usually in the form of long-term contracts and or inflation-linked income. Our Infrastructure portfolio is available in our Oxford Capital Estate Planning Service (with inheritance tax benefits of Business Relief-qualifying investments), or through bespoke direct investment opportunities managed on behalf of private capital clients.

We also offer the opportunity to invest for a fixed term and fixed return in the Oxford Capital Residential Development Bond Fund, lending to essential UK housing projects.

  • Ground mounted solar PV
  • Roof mounted solar PV
