Sarah is a freelance script consultant with a depth of experience in feature films. As Head of Development for Rainy Day Films she worked on a slate of screenplays for directors including Marc Evans and Sam Fell and with writers including Lucy Moore, Brian Fillis, Juliette Towhidi and Alex Rose. She was Head of Development for Potboiler Productions (2001-7) where projects developed included The Constant Gardener (Academy Award and BAFTA-nominated screenplay) and Brothers of the Head.
She has also been Head of Development for Skreba Films, Development Manager at Zenith Entertainment and Script Consultant for Yorkshire Television, Pagoda Films and Fair Game Films. Recent features on which she has worked include Lady Macbeth, Another Me (Isabel Coixet), Neuf Mois Ferme (Albert Dupontel) and Exit Marrakech (Caroline Link).
She is a tutor on the MA Producing and Screenwriting courses at the National Film and Television School, has script edited for the Film Agency for Wales’ Cinematic scheme and all three iFeatures programmes and has mentored on Film London’s Microwave training programme.
