Richard’s background is as a serial startup founder and operator, having previously founded three startups. In 2022, following the exit of his most recent, he obtained his MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

As a member of Oxford Capital’s Investment Team, Richard now focuses on backing and supporting early stage startup founders like himself.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time cycling Oxfordshire roads, and escaping the UK weather by visiting his family back home in Cape Town, South Africa.
