Steven is a Barrister with over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has held senior legal and compliance positions in investment banks, major insurers, hedge funds and boutique firms. He chaired the Hedge Fund Lawyers Association for 2 years and sat on a number of industry compliance committees. He has a deep understanding of UK financial law and the FCA and PRA regulatory regimes. His experience includes EU, US and Asian financial regulations and policies.
